Intensive courses
"Great progress in a short time"
Course duration: 4 weeks per module (A1.1, A1.2,... C1.2)
Lesson times: Monday to Friday (morning or afternoon)
Number of lessons: 100/80 lessons of 45 minutes each
Number of participants: 8 - 12 participants
With fewer participants, the number of hours is reduced:
7 people: 18 lessons per week
6 people: 16 lessons per week
5 people: 15 lessons per week
4 people: 12 lessons per week
The modules follow one another without a long break (exception: public holidays).
Missed lessons can be made up in another group depending on availability. We will assist in finding the right one.
Our language school is not funded by the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees or the Federal Employment Agency.

Billing is for the entire course. Fees are to be paid upon registration. Payments can be made either through money transfer to the school’s account or in cash. Payment via PayPal require a transaction fee between 2%-5%.

Phonetics consultation
Here the focus is on your pronunciation. (A1-C1)
You have problems with German pronunciation? The vowels sound the same, a consonant just doesn't pass your lips,... or you are poorly understood? In the phonetics consultation you will receive individual feedback on your pronunciation. We work together on the things that are difficult for you and you get comprehensive practice material from us.

Your child attends a German school but still has problems with the language? At LearnGerman, they can practice with other children and, above all, with professional teachers. Fun and variety are guaranteed. Before each course there is a discussion in which the learning goals are agreed individually. Your learning success is the focus of LearnGerman.

General information
Starting a language course
You can enter any course according to your preexisting language skills. If you are a beginner without any prior knowledge, please contact us for the next available beginners course. All courses focus on a balanced combination of grammar and practical usage of the learned content.
Trial lesson
Trial lessons can take place in one of our evening groups after consultation with us. After one of these lessons you can decide for yourself if and how you want to proceed.
German lessons via Skype or Zoom
you don’t have the time to actually join one of our courses? you don’t have a German teacher available? you live outside of Erlangen? or you simply want to work with one of our teachers without strict schedules and content? – then you will find our online classes to be the right fit for you. Tailored to your specific interests, challenges and goals regardless if you want to freshen up your language skills or expand them.
Requirements
you will need a desktop or notebook PC with Windows8 or up, MAC OS X V10.10 oder up or Linux. Additionally, Skype or Zoom supporting tablets like the Ipad or Android based systems are possible. Just check out your app store.
We recommend a headset even though most computers have a built-in microphone and speakers. This way you will have the best sound quality. A webcam is recommended so we can not only hear, but also see each other. Last but not least you will need the correct Skype software for your system. By adding the Zoom extension for your Browser you can easily access your Zoom meeting via one simple click, as well as your Google calendar. The download address can be found under https://zoom.us/download.
